When storms hit Westlake in Spring of 2023 our home was damaged by our neighbor's fallen trees. Mark 2 Roofing came immediately and patched the roof so no further water damage occurred inside. From that moment on Kent, Jamie and Jason helped us deal with the insurance company and adjusters throughout the process. They represented us so that we would be fairly compensated. Their assistance was exceptional. When it came to the actual repairs their crews corrected the roof, siding and gutter damage in a timely and professional manner. Mark 2 Roofing is a family operated company and that is meaningful because they treated us like family. Great company to work with! Tom really went out of his way to help me get my roof replaced by supporting all the details and documents to my insurance company (they really gave us a hard time!) After insurance ultimately approved, they were able to get everything scheduled and had my roof done very quickly with good quality work! Would definitely recommend to friend and families!
